Our Approach
My background allows me to see across systems that rarely communicate with one another. I draw from Western psychiatry, natural and functional medicine, nutrition, psychotherapy, somatic healing, and longstanding traditions of human healing.
I consider formal research, but I do not treat it as the only form of evidence. When human beings across continents and millennia, separated by language, culture, and history, engage in healing practices and return describing the same essential experiences, I regard that accumulated human record as evidence, not anecdote.
I will give you an honest, informed opinion about what I see, including when it challenges the assumptions underlying your current care. My recommendations are based on what I believe will best support your healing, not on which medication, product, service, or practitioner generates revenue.
Sometimes I provide an active part of the care. Sometimes I connect you with someone whose particular expertise fits what is needed. Often, I do both, serving as the bridge while helping the different pieces become one coherent path.

What a Whole-Person Assessment IS
- A zoomed-out examination of your full treatment history and current experience
- A thoughtful review of medications, supplements, nutrition, side effects, and remaining symptoms
- An exploration of how symptoms may be connected across the mind, body, nervous system, environment, and lived experience
- A clear opinion about what appears to be working, what is not, and what may have been overlooked
- A way to identify the next useful intervention, provider, modality, or sequence of care
- A bridge between forms of knowledge and healing that are too often kept separate
- A written, individualized plan for moving forward
What a Whole-Person Assessment IS NOT
- A routine medication-management appointment
- A narrow second opinion about one medication or diagnosis
- An assumption that medication should be added, continued, or discontinued
- An automatic recommendation for supplements, alternative treatment, or psychedelic work
- A generic list of wellness suggestions or referrals
- A replacement for emergency care or medically necessary ongoing treatment
- An attempt to fit you into another predetermined system
The purpose is to understand the whole picture before deciding what deserves to remain, what may need to change, and what could help your healing begin moving again.
Looking For Medication Management?
Whole Person Treatment Reassessment is different from ongoing medication management. If you’re looking for continued prescribing, medication monitoring, or routine adjustments to your treatment plan, medication management may be the service you’re looking for.
